At TherapyCART our goal is to give the customers 100% satisfaction and the best shopping experience

Our 30 days of hassle-free shopping policy for health care professionals and 14 days return policy for public end-users help the customer to buy products with confidence.

You have purchased a product from our website and you are not satisfied or brought by mistake or no longer needed, etc and want to return the products – Our “No Worry Return Policy” helps you to return the product within 30 days (healthcare professionals) and 14 days for the general public from the date of purchase. Before you start to return the products please read our product-specific return policy, exception/non-returnable products, and product page for details.

If 30 days (healthcare) and 14 days (the general public) have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange

For a 100% refund (- minus shipping and handling fee), items that are returned must be in New Condition (meets the eligibility criteria) and should be in a saleable condition. 

ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS:

Items must meet the following conditions for returns:

  • Products must be in original packaging
  • There must be no sign of use such as scratches, marks, tears, or use on the tires
  • All parts and accessories must be included and in original packaging
  • Need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

NON- RETURNABLE PRODUCTS/ITEMS:

We stand for customer satisfaction and the best services. To serve everyone the best, because of health regulations and other reasons, several types of goods are exempt from being returned.

Special or custom orders, pillows, braces, and all support garments are worn next to the skin cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

We can not accept any returns from the following categories:

  • Compression Stockings
  • Support & Braces
  • Bedding Accessories including core pillow
  • Medi Beads Heating Pads for hygiene issues
  • Theratherm Moist Heat Pads
  • Cold Therapy products
  • TENS and Like Units
  • Bathroom Safety Equipment
  • Special/Custom Order Items - products that are not in-stock and have to be ordered under the customer's request
  • DVDs and CDs
  • Personal Massagers and Vibrators
  • Closeout/Clearance/Deal items cannot be refunded or returned
  • Any items marked as non-returnable on the product page
  • Items that are not in original packaging
  • Opened or used products
  • Items that have been removed from their original packaging, assembled, or modified
  • An Item that has been exposed to pet hair, smoke, or perfume cannot be returned. 

DAMAGED GOODS:

If you receive an item that was damaged in transit or is defective please notify us within 5 days of receiving the item, we will cover all reasonable and customary ground shipping fees and replace the item. 

HEALTHCARE PROFESSIONALS:

We are happy to accept returns from our health care customers. You must start the RETURN PROCESS and send the products within 30 days of purchase. All the merchandise should meet the eligibility criteria for returns. We do not pay for return shipping and we are not responsible for lost or damaged returns. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).  

GENERAL PUBLIC:

We are glad to accept returns from you. You must start the RETURN PROCESS and send the products within 14 days of purchase. All the merchandise should meet the eligibility criteria for returns. We do not pay for return shipping and we are not responsible for lost or damaged returns. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).  

INITIATE RETURN PROCESS:

To initiate the RETURN PROCESS you must fill out the RMA form (CLICK HERE: Return Merchandise Authorization Form) and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization( RMA) Number and that number needs to be mentioned on the Returned box. One of our customer care executives will contact you shortly with the RMA number and instructions for the return.

Please do not return the products without RMA number. Any questions please contact us at returns@therapycart.ca 

RETURN PRODUCTS:

To return the product you should mail the return box with RMA number written on the box to THERAPY CART CORP, 879 LAKE STREET, SAULT STE MARIE, ON, P6B6K2.

You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Please be sure to properly insure your package(s). Purolator/UPS/Canada Post, all provide tracking and insurance. We cannot assume responsibility for items that are lost or damaged in the mail when being returned.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. 

RETURNS DUE TO WRONG ADDRESS OR REFUSAL:

An order where Free Shipping was used but is returned to us because the wrong shipping address was provided or refused by the buyer, will be subject to a 20% (minimum $14.95) Restocking Fee.

We are also charged shipping fees for any such returns by all shipping companies, i.e. UPS, Canada Post, etc. We reserve the right to charge the return shipping fee to you as well.
